recreate MCIv1 rev4 with new virtues of Antifragile Reflexivity, Nested Polycentric Subsidiarity, Non-Arbitrariness, Discursive Legitimacy and Monitoring and Graduated Response use all improvements and strip out any content that does not provide any usefulness. Create this as a html in the style of MCIv1 rev 4 call it MCIv1 rev5.html.

 

I'll recreate MCIv1 in Rev5 form with the five upgraded virtues, applying the framework's own discipline (strip non-load-bearing content, keep the derivation tight, preserve the architectural notes that genuinely do work). Let me check the skill for HTML creation first.

Reading the frontend-design skill before building the HTML

Now I'll build the HTML. The original MCIv1 Rev4 has a specific quiet, scholarly aesthetic — restrained, typographic, slightly cosmological. I'll honour that while applying the Rev5 changes

 

 

Here's MCIv1 Rev5. A few notes on what I kept, what I cut, and what I sharpened:

Kept (load-bearing in the original):

  • Three premises and the durability criterion — these generate the virtues, so they stay
  • The Generator Rule and the V1–V9 chain table — V1 is the generator's seed, so the table belongs here
  • Sun/Moon/Star cosmological layer — does real work as pattern language; restraint is on length
  • Four-quadrant map — explicitly identifies Rev5's target quadrant as the Ostromian one
  • Three developmental stages — diagnostic
  • Fractal inversion — now expressed for the five new virtues
  • Unified failure mode — the framework's diagnostic key

Cut (or compressed):

  • The lengthy "Origin/Process and provenance" section — replaced with a tighter Rev5 origin note that earns its place by stating exactly what changed
  • The V9 convergence observation as its own section — it doesn't belong in V1, it belongs in V9; mentioned only where structurally relevant
  • Multiple paragraphs of the original significance section that restated the claim — reduced to five substantive items
  • Repetitive callouts and architecture notes that didn't carry new information
  • Decorative restatements of the founding sentence

Sharpened (Rev5 work):

  • The founding sentence now names the five new virtues directly
  • The derivation gives each virtue a specific premise pairing (P1+Durability → Antifragile Reflexivity, etc.) and explains why each substitution is stronger than what it replaces
  • Each virtue card now carries a theoretical anchor (Taleb / Ostrom / Pettit / Habermas / Ostrom), a formal specification, and a derivation trace
  • Fractal inversion table rewritten for the five new virtues with their characteristic internal failures
  • Quadrant 4 explicitly relabelled "Polycentric Self-Limitation" and named as the Ostromian target

The design language stays in the original Rev4 register — warm paper background, Cormorant Garamond display type, JetBrains Mono for technical labels, restrained colour (the deep red accent, the gold rules, the muted greens). No purple gradients, no decorative drift.
