2. Missing: The Gap-Earned section — Every Rev4 version has a dedicated section showing why the previous version's gap is real, argued from first principles before the new architecture is presented. V9 skips this; the V8 gap is motivated but not formally earned.

3. Missing: The V5/V8 Echo parallel made explicit — Rev4 V8 added the "Double Agency Transition" as a named structural symmetry. V9 has a "V5 echo" mentioned briefly inside Section V but it is never given formal treatment as a series-level structural pattern. Rev4 should name the triple constitutive transition (V5 identity → V8 generator-running → V9 generator-being).

4. Missing: The Convergence Observation as a standalone section — V1 Rev4 elevated this to Section XI. V9 merely references convergence in the integration note header. A Rev4 V9 should have its own Convergence section, since V9 is the convergence event.
