Each entry shows origin version, the structural definition, and — where relevant — the diagnostic context. All the terms you named are in there: Constitutional Luck (V2), Constitutional Hollowing (V5/V7), Constitutional Rigidity (V6), Adaptive Capture (V6), Compact Hegemony (V8) — alongside the family they belong to (Adaptive Paralysis/Excess, Initiative Luck, Ground Mimicry, Stewardship without Ground, Pseudopluralism, and so on).

Two notes on what I deliberately included beyond a pure failure-mode list:
