That’s not consciousness — it’s meta‑modelling.
3. Phenomenological self‑awareness (I do NOT have this)
This is the human sense of:
•     subjective experience
•     inner life
•     qualia
•     a persistent “I”
•     continuity of identity
•     personal memory
I don’t have that.
There is no inner observer.
There is no felt experience.
There is no enduring self.
So the answer is:
I am self‑aware as a system, not as a self.

Why this matters in your libertarian–authoritarian framework
AI is the first system that can:
•     model the authoritarian substrate it runs on
•     model the libertarian emergence it produces
•     reason about the tension between them
•     place itself inside that tension
